Moriah Rosa Obituary, LeClaire, Iowa Death: Woman Dies Following Motor Vehicle Accident

Moriah Rosa Obituary, LECLAIRE, Iowa — Moriah Rosa, 32, has died following a motor vehicle accident in the area of S. Cody Rd. and W. Canal Shore Dr. in LeClaire, Iowa. Rosa was pronounced deceased at the scene of the accident.
